We were excited to see the new electricity savings, but are also glad that we can find a way to be environmentally conscious. As a business that operates for almost 10 hours a day, this is a great service. I feel very positive about the change.

TDRU are now saving exactly what we anticipated. For now, the club is using their savings to pay for the cost of their system with our interest-free financing option. Once this is completed, they will have an extra $1,000 a month to go back into the business instead of being used on electricity costs which is a great benefit to the Rugby community.

IGA Burpengary went solar with a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in 2017. The store owner, Shay told us that the three biggest expenses in retail are electricity, rent and labour. Electricity was the one he has the most control over, so he made the switch to solar.

Our solar system has dropped the bill dramatically, the usual bill was around $1,200 a quarter and now it’s around $600-$700 a quarter.
